Car Companies, Can We Really Trust Them?

Just last week Toyota car owners admitted there was a problem with the brake of the Prius. The company admitted that there was a problem with the software that was used to work on the car’s brake. Though this was owning to a clash in anti-lock brake system and regenerative brake. This puts a lot o question in the mind of many about security. This shows a company falling short of standards expected of them. What can we trust again? Can we put our lives on instruction manuals for car seats, brake belts and so many others when the software used to build it is faulty. Though they did a very brave thing taking the blame and working on the faults but what if lives were lost before this was discovered , what would one do? Though they have assured their customers that there would be a change in strategy that would mark a fast growth in the making of cars and also promised that such mistakes would be avoided. We just hope our lives our safe driving these cars.
